KIM MUN JUNG perception rewrites reality
KIM MUN JUNG is a media artist whose practice spans printmaking, projection mapping, metaverse environments, and AI-driven systems. Her work explores how human perception shifts within computational structures, focusing on latent states that exist prior to resolution. By designing real-time, system-based environments where audiences act as variables, she approaches AI hallucinations and systemic instability as generative thresholds. Her work asks: in a world that appears determined, what remains undecided?

Artist Statement
My practice explores how technology can transform conflict into energy—toward empathy, continuity, and a future that does not collapse into violence or disconnection. I treat systems as living environments: a balance that can be tilted, accumulated, and re-started.
